The Wandering Merchant appears only in 2 zones. When she spawns, she will be in all channels of one random zone and stay for about 25 minutes. The spawn times are 1:30, 9:30, 15:30, 21:30. After a sighting has occurred, people usually let others know in chat.

Hidden Quests Guide
Turnip Fields Surprise Gift
Located in the turnip garden within The Wolflands this hidden quest will award you Warrior's Mask Chest, which contains a cool wolf mask skin of your choice. Check your Universal Storage to claim it!
West of the Frontier Sylmael Mine within the Fang River you can find a pile of dirt on the ground, interact with it to start the hidden quest 
Secret Burial.
Cooking Guide
Sour Herring Dish
The cook is an important NPC that is available in all regions of the game. The purpose of this NPC is to help you craft some cooking entries for your adventure tome. The Rowen cook Martial Artist Min is located in the southern most part of Fang River.
You need 350 Wisdom to enter the hidden area in Fang River. If it is the case, simply walk towards the Squirrel (Image 1) and interact with the table on the right side of the room (Image 2) to obtain Reindeer stew.

Craft Schertstenbalt at the chef using 100 Boar Meat, which can be obtained from Wild Boars in The Wolflands.
Craft A Reindeer Cheese Meal at the chef using both food items gathered below.
Rye Bread
Maral Milk
Collect 300 Rye Strand in The Wolflands and craft Rye Bread at the chef.
Check Rowen Zone Maps for all possible spawn locations.
Buy 5 Reindeer Milk at the NPC in Fang River for 250,000 Silver each. Craft Reindeer Milk Yoghurt at the chef.
Gather 10 Captured Forest Rabbit by approaching one of the marked locations in The Wolflands slowly until you get a buff. Stop moving until the buff disappears to spawn a rabbit. Kill the rabbit using the Hunting Throw Life Skill. Harvesting a rabbit has a low chance to give you a Captured Forest Rabbit.
Craft Forest Rabbit BBQ at the chef using the 10 Captured Forest Rabbit.
Check Rowen Zone Maps for all possible spawn locations.
Buy Schertstenbalt at any Rowen Sylmael Crystal Exchange NPC for 5000 Sylmael Crystal.
To obtain Sour Herring Dish, follow the steps below.
- Fish 20 Herring in Fang River. (Image 1)
- Buy Round Wooden Barrel for 200,000 Silver at the exchange NPC in Fang River Eliyabeck. (Image 2)
- Craft Herring Wooden Barrel at the chef.
- Go to the marked location in Fang River Eliyabeck to ferment the Herring Wooden Barrel and obtain Fermented Herring.(Image 3). Upon failure, retry from step1.
- After 6 hours, Fermented Herring will turn into Sour Herring Dish.

Buy Rowen-Style Schnapps at any Rowen Sylmael Crystal Exchange NPC for 12,500 Sylmael Crystal. Upon using, you obtain Empty Rowen-Style Schnapps, which can be used to craft another Rowen-Style Schnapps at the chef.
